One of the most treasured banksias, the Coccinea is indigenous to south western, coastal Western Australia. The most popular banksia to be grown worldwide for the cut flower industry. Coccinea needs pruning to maintain a bushy height of up to 2M which in turn will activate branching and more flowering stems.
